...just back from an acupuncture session to try to reduce the crazy pain I'm experiencing lately

...great Asian doc

...third generation doing this

...he asked me how I was sleeping

...I told him relatively well, when not in pain, which some times can be all night, and a bit strange at how often I'm hurting between 3-4 AM

...he said, "Healing happens best when one is at rest.  No rest, hard to heal."

...came home and looked up on one of the online Bibles the words rest, rested, resting

...God says some of the same things about rest that the doc did

...I hope you have a weekend of resting in God's great love and care for you in all ways
